We have the good hand and experience of chef Oriol Rovira - the gastronomic soul of Els Casals, awarded with a Michelin star. With his team, Les Pardines 1819 offers you a market cuisine, honest and worked, Mediterranean style, with influence from both sides of the Pyrenees. Everything is based on our own high quality products, treated with the respect they deserve, so that they can be enjoyed to the fullest according to the different seasons of the year.
Cal Rovira and Cal Ginota have decided to walk together to implant in Les Pardines 1819 the peculiar mantra of Els Casals "closing circles". Two families with deep roots in their territories, in their respective farmhouses and bordes (country houses), but with the same way of seeing the hotel business: trying to be self-sufficient to offer their guests the products of the land directly to the plate.
You can choose between the tasting menu, order a la carte or half board for hotel guests. Half-board consists of traditional mountain cuisine, with two starters, two main courses and two desserts to choose from.
Wednesday to Saturday and on the eve of holidays: from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 8 pm to 9.30 pm
Sunday: 13.00 to 15.00

Les Pardines Restaurant had the honor of participating through a presentation in the first ANDORRA TASTE, organized in September 2022 by Vocento Gastronomia and the Government of Andorra.
Likewise, Les Pardines hosted the best chefs in the world at the meal in which the final manifesto of the meeting was prepared.
For the first time in Andorra, the best chefs in the world came together in a unique and exclusive event in Andorra. A meeting to enjoy, discuss and build the authenticity of high mountain territories.
