Cal Rovira and Cal Ginota have decided to join forces to implement the unique mantra of Els Casals, 'Closing Circles,' in Les Pardines 1819.
Two families with deep roots in their territories, in their respective farmhouses and huts, but with the same way of seeing the hospitality industry: trying to be self-sufficient to offer their guests the products of the land directly on the plate.
You can choose between the tasting menu, the seasonal menu or grandma's tapas assortment, depending on the day. All options represent and identify - in their own way and according to the interpretation of our chef Oscar Villalba - with our traditional mountain cuisine.

Likewise, Les Pardines hosted the world's top chefs for the meal where the final manifesto of the event was created. For the first time in Andorra, the best chefs in the world gathered for a unique and exclusive event. It was a meeting to enjoy, debate, and build the authenticity of high mountain territories.
